Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes. No fee and no account. Please keep the SanatanBodh link that comes with the code, so readers can open the full panchang.
Which city are the times for?
The city you pick, by its own sunrise. 66 cities are available; times are in Indian Standard Time.
How is the panchang calculated?
By our own calculation, with the Lahiri ayanamsha and the sunrise-tithi rule, checked against Drik Panchang. The full method is on the “How we calculate the panchang” page.
Can I change the size of the box?
Yes, change the width in the code. 300 to 400 pixels looks right; keep the height at 380 so the whole panchang shows.
