“Manojavam Marutatulyavegam” is a Sanskrit verse of taking refuge in Hanuman. It is verse 33 of the Rama Raksha Stotra, whose seer is by tradition Budha Kaushika. It praises Hanuman as swift as the mind, master of his senses, foremost of the wise and messenger of Shri Ram. By tradition it is recited in Hanuman worship and on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
On the source: the viniyoga at the start of the Rama Raksha Stotra names its seer as Budha Kaushika. In the texts on both sanskritdocuments.org and Sanskrit Wikisource this is verse 33. Some editions write ‘varishtham’ with a final anusvara (वरिष्ठं); it is the same word.
