Translation
One who gives up all desires and moves about free from longing, without the sense of "mine" and without ego, attains peace.
जो मनुष्य सब कामनाओं को त्यागकर, लालसा, ममता और अहंकार से रहित होकर विचरता है, वह शांति को प्राप्त होता है।
Explanation
Three obstacles to peace are named: spriha (longing), mamata (possessiveness, "this is mine") and ahankara (ego, "I am the doer"). Once these fall away, a person remains at peace even while living in the world.
